One of the advantages of the AKO Pinch Valve is it’s flexible modular design, meaning that parts can be interchanged and simply swapped over with ease if they need replacing due to wear.
Another advantage of the AKO Pinch Valve is that they are only made up of three components – the body, two end connections and an internal rubber sleeve. There are no additional gaskets, rings, seals or packing etc to replace, like with other conventional style valves. This reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) with a Pinch Valve.
Worn Pinch Valve Parts
In case of wear of the Pinch Valve, usually only the internal rubber sleeve is needed to be replaced, with the existing body and end connections fit for continued use. Occasionally, end connections may need replacing too. If this is the case please get in touch with our sales team who will be very happy to advise you on the parts required.
