Continuous development has led to new improved sleeves / elastomer quality of AKO type 03SFLF + 03LF
The possible cycles of the pinch valve sleeve are known to be dependent on various factors and operating conditions such as the medium / operating pressure, the control / closing pressure, operating temperature and / or the operating medium and optimized control (speed ventilation, adequate air supply / dissipation, etc.).
Of course, the quality of the pinch valve sleeve plays the largest and most decisive role.
We are therefore very pleased, to be able to introduce you today the new improved quality of the electrically conductive, as well as the “silicone-free” electrically conductive natural rubber sleeve / elastomer quality.
With this development of the sleeve quality, 40% better service lifetime could be achieved in comparison to previous sleeve qualities.
Due to administrative reasons the previous article descriptions Mxxx.03LF or Mxxx.03SFLF will remain as before.
This new, improved pinch valve sleeve quality will be produced with immediate effect and can be traced based on the date of manufacture.
