A Suction Probe vacuum conveyor allows both abrasive and non-abrasive product to be delivered to a main conveying line without the need for a rotary valve.

The Pinch Valves for bag filling from AKO’s VF range are regulated using a pressure gauge, and kept normally closed at just over 2 BAR. The silos contain different food ingredients including sugar and flour, that are transported down a main diverter conveying line, feeding off to the left and right where they meet a Pinch Valve. The food ingredients are held here until they are ready to be bagged up into sacks using a filling system.
